2021 Rules Change Proposal
There is a rules change proposal for 2021
First the dates must be changed from 2020 to read 2021
Secondly the names of the outgoing members should be replaced with the incoming members
Third , The participation points in the points structure have been proposed to be changed from 5 points to read 1 point .
