The 2020 Rules and By-laws have been posted. There are a couple of changes this year from last. The major rule changes as proposed and voted on at the end of last season are as follows. I’m paraphrasing here , there was a change in the points structure when it came to dishing out DQ points. Language was added to distingiush between a major DQ and a minor DQ. Language was added to allow broken cars that ended in the pits to be returned to tech inspections if some how they ended being in the top three spots.
